We do not collect any personal data. Only information we have would be your usertag and your support key to help you if you have some questions on your account.
Can I chat with anyone I want in this app like omegle ?
No, you can only chat with the users who have shared their usertag with you. You cannot chat with random users. The app is designed to be 1v1 chat app. Not random hookups.
Can I make calls in this app like WhatsApp ?
Yes. We have video and audio call features built into the app. You can try them out during your trial version.
Call features are available in only premium version of the app.
I know someone who is using the secret chat app can you give me their details ?
No we cannot since we only can identify the user with their support key and the support key is within the chat support page. We do not know what the support key is unless it is shared by the user themselves.
Besides, the support key allows us to only access the users account details and not their chat data.
Only users who know both the username and password can access an account.
I forgot my password to secretChat app can you help me ?
We can share a masked password to you . but we will need to know your usertag or your support key for that.
Note that we do not save full password just a masked password. so if you cannot remember your password even with the hint, then the only option is to create a new account.
